We build culturally appropriate targeted teaching when working with Indigenous communities. Our goal is to work in partnership and participate in an action plan aimed at promoting opportunities by helping individuals realize their talents and interests. This may start with taking skills and interest inventories to identify areas of growth and development for an individual or team. Many have found this useful with succession planning as community members are hired in key roles and may lack the skills or experience. If this is the case, we are brought in to provide budgeting and computer training, report writing, assertiveness and/or respectful workplace training, and supervision training. For youth, our skills and interest collection helps them identify and explore possible career paths.
Our goal is to ensure that you have the right team of staff that compliments each other and that members have the confidence to do their job. Our soft and hard skills training varies on the need of the community.
